Incomplete Orders Survey

I had two incomplete orders in a row yesterday. I dont know what and how to feel everytime I have incomplete orders. I feel happy because receiving a notice of incomplete order mean someone was interested on purchasing my products. I feel sad that maybe somehow, somewhere that person got disappointed and decided to abandon the order.

It's hard to find the reason why unless that person tries to contact you with the problem that she/her encountered during the checkout. It's hard to guess if it is a technical problem or if it is the customer service or the product itself.

I do contact these customers to conduct a short survey. But unfortunately, only few will spend time to response. Two problems I got is the lack of colors that they need for themselves. The rest of the incomplete order did not response to my email, leaving me in the dark on how to solve the problem.

dont fret tey, you cant please everybody. but there will always be interested buyers ;)
