Unlike the television ads, it interrupts someone's favorite show that suddenly comes out. If people are not interested to see your site, you can't force them it on them.
This is why, you have to make your site attactive enough, so people will seek it out on their own. Your site has to be a magnet that can pull people's attention into your digital domain.
Inshort, if you will take the advertising approach and put your brochure online, people are going to stay away. We have to admit that brochures are boring. But if you will put some entertaining, interesting and useful informations on the Web, people and prospective buyers will keep coming back.

hi tey, as much as possible, site has to be simple looking.
too much attractiveness can destroy a site's image. just my opinion. i usually go for professional type of designs, not some heavy laden graphic intensive site
