One thing I learn from this ebusiness is the patience and continous effort of answering every single inquiry about your products or services. Even if sometimes I can feel that some inquiries are spam, but I try my best to answer them as professional as I can. You'll never know that those spam sound inquiries can be a big time deal. Always stay positive.
I get most of the big orders from customers whom I have about 4 to 5 series of exchange emails. Some want more information of the products before they buy. Or perhaps they want to establish what kind of reputation that they would like to give to you.
Always put yourself to the position of the person who wants to buy. You have to remember that buying online, means you have to pay first before you can get the items that you paid for. So it is important to give your customer the impression that you are someone that they can trust over and over.
