The traffic statistics of my webstore is getting better each month. I have 3 incomplete order today so I have to contact them to know what made them not to complete the order. I want to know if or what problem did they encounter so make them dicide not to complete this order.
It is good to try knowing what your customer have in mind. Some may respond and some may not. Some may even come back to complete the order.
Even if they did not come back to complete the order, it will be good to hear the problem that they encounter so you will know how to improve your service and products.
And even if they didn't respond at all, it will still be good to contact them and let them know that everything is being monitored on your business and you are always there to serve them in any way you can.
